As of 2 May 2024, all my flights, which I added into the app, are all gone and unable to add the flight. The app keeps saying that flight already exists, and it does not allow me to add. I have to reinstall the app, and then some of my flights start to show in the app, but after closing the app and reopening, all the flights are gone again. Also, I am unable to check in or select the seat, I need to use the website to select the seat and check-in. Please fix the problem ASAP.

Installed the latest version hoping this will fix the previous issues. Yes it now runs but if I try to sign in to my Royal Orchid account it gives an error message. The sign in details work fine in my browser but not in the app. Remains 1 star, would rate 0 if possible.

Flawed app. Can't even log in to the latest version. Seems Thai Airlines needs to find a reputable developer that can build robust apps. Do they realise a bad customer experience makes people question whether they can actually run an airline?
